ONE TREE PLANTED
The Lab Mag gives a portion of sales to One Tree Planted, our favorite tree planting organization, to offset our limited edition publications. For every magazine sold, trees are planted.
One Tree Planted is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to make it simple for anyone to help the environment by planting trees. Their projects span the globe and are done in partnership with local communities and knowledgeable experts to create an impact for nature, people, and wildlife. Reforestation helps to rebuild forests after fires and floods, provide jobs for social impact, and restore biodiversity. Many projects have overlapping objectives, creating a combination of benefits that contribute to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
EDUCATION PROGRAM
The Laboratory Arts Collective has created an education program to light the fire of curiosity in the next generation. Students are invited to visit Los Angeles and participate in a tailor made program, created for their individual interests. A single day is spent visiting creative minds from a variety of industries in different destinations around the city. It is an experience that these students will never forget and may change the direction of their lives forever.
